Return & Refund Policy

If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 8 days of receiving the item. Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Return at the customer's convenience (limited to unused and unopened items)
- Damaged or defective products
- Wrong item delivered (incorrect shipment)

If more than 8 days have passed since receiving the product, we cannot accept returns for any reason, including defective or incorrectly shipped items. Please check the contents of your order promptly upon arrival.
Please note that the return address is not our store location but a dedicated warehouse (details will be provided separately). Items sent to our store address cannot be accepted, so please ensure you send returns to the warehouse address we provide. - We do not offer exchanges. Returns and refunds are not available in the following cases:

Regarding Damaged or Defective Products
If you find any damage upon receiving the product, please contact the shipping carrier and file a damage report. Once we receive a report from the carrier, we will check stock availability and arrange a replacement or refund.
- If you return the product directly to us without first contacting the carrier, we may be unable to process your claim.
- Please keep all packaging materials and the product itself until the carrier completes their inspection.
- Having photos of the damage ready in advance will help expedite the verification and resolution process.
